Gym room

Our gym is equipped with the most modern Technogym equipment for cardio, isotonic exercises, and the TRX. The instructors Giovanni Ferdico and Raffaella Carmona will guide you in the exercises and prepare programs specific for your needs. The gym is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-9pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday, 9-2pm.

Tennis
Tennis is taught in a friendly and fun way for beginners, intermediate and advanced, divided into groups according to the skill level. With Antonella Salardino, Davide Sorcinelli and Daniele La Commare, from Monday to Thursday, 7-8pm.

Body Tonic
A course of multidisciplined exercices at a very intense level: an excellent cardiovascular workout and accessible to everyone. Thanks to the intensive and active movements, a very large number of calories are burned in a short time, with the help of light equipment (small weights, rubber bands, bars). With Mariagrazia Prestigiacomo, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10.45-11.45am.

Total Body – Gag – Gym Music
Three times a week of tonification. The combination of three disciplines helps to burn fat at an early stage, aerobic and choreographed with music; in the second stage we focus on isotonic exercises aimed at the legs, abdominals and buttocks. The course is taught by Donike Nastasi on Mondays and Wednesdays 6.15-7.15pm.

Yoga and Pilates
A real cure for the body and mind in a single course, the benefits of which are focused on improving elasticity and posture, balance and toning. The course is taught by Emanuel Vetro, every Tuesday and Thursday 7.30-8.30pm.

Swimming
Improves cardiovascular and respiratory systems and aids weight loss. The water accomplishes beneficial effects through its draining power. The course is taught by Alessandra Scalorino on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1.30-3pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2-3pm and 6.30-7.30pm.

Athletics
Athletic training produces infinite benefits for the body, such as the development of resistance, the acquisition of a greater joint mobility, strengthening muscle tone. With Patrizia Iervolino on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7-8pm.

Aquagym
Through this discipline you can achieve many goals: developing the capacity of adaptation of the cardiovascular system, improving muscle tone, developing coordination skills and weight loss. With Yulia Matyukhina on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12am-12.45 pm.

Power Stretching
Power stretching is a mix between yoga and stretching, a training program in which the muscles are stretched to improve flexibility and refine posture, with significant benefits on body and mind. The lessons are taught by Raffaella Carmona Tuesday and Thursday 6.30-7.15pm.

Caribbean
A fun and effective way to keep in shape to the rhythm of Latin music. Taught by Alessio Daidone, every Tuesday and Thursday 6.30-7.30pm.
